Yesterday the creek flooded. It was all the way p to our steps…. Guess our burn pile is gone now…. It's down again today, but it was fun while it lasted….

It snowed last Sunday. Only a little, and it didn't stick around long, but there was enough for me to happily take Ret on a walk in it, and fall down…. Ret didn't care about the snow. He shook a couple times, but besides that didn't seem to care.

I made cookies last night, The best kind…. Lemon Cream Cheese cookie press cookies. My mom taught me how to make them this year. This was the 3rd time I made them, and they are beautiful! My first batch wasn't as good as my second (did a double batch), but they weren't too bad. Almost all of my second batch were classified as good ones though, and will be brought to grandma's tonight.

So the family Christmas is tonight, and I better get ready.

My official Japan trip itinerary is now…. Official! So here it is:

Portland to San Francisco: Departs from PDX at 10:12 AM on January 11, arrives at SFO at 11:56 AM on January 11.
San Fransisco to Japan: Departs from SFO at 1:20 PM on January 11, arrives at NRT at 5:15 PM on January 12.

Then coming back…

Japan to Seattle: Departs from NRT at 5:30 PM on March 28, arrives at SEA at 9:00 AM on March 28.
Seattle to Portland: Departs from SEA at 11:15 AM on March 28, arrives at PDX at 11:59 AM on March 28.

I'll be in Japan from January 11-March 28.

Now that the blog template is done and my itinerary is up, don't expect updates until shortly before I leave. See you then!

Well, for me it was out Wednesday night, but that's totally besides the point. Fall term is officially done at WOU. Yay.

I made cookies tonight. They were pretty good. At least that's what Kento and my mom said. I thought they were pretty good too, but I didn't have a ton of them…. They were the traditional lemon cream cheese cookies shaped like trees, dyed green, and sprinkled with little round sprinkles. My favorites. I learned how to make them on Monday, with my mom's help…. Did it on my own tonight though…. Mostly. They were good anyway, so I was happy.

I really should try to sleep now… It'd be the smart thing to do…..

I now wear wrist braces on both arms to try to get rid of my CTS… At least that's what I think it is. Issues with my wrists, anyway…… It sucks.
